El Paso, Texas - El Paso Elder Law Attorney Terry W. Hammond recently co-authored the principal law review article for the Third National Guardianship Summit entitled “A Call for Standards: An Overview of the Current Status and Need for Guardian Standards and Codes of Ethics.” The Summit, which was held at the S.J. Quinney School of Law in Salt Lake City, Utah, was attended by 90 invited national leaders in the field of guardianship who recommended uniform standards of practice for guardians across America.
